So I have signed up to run a 5K race next Saturday (I am excited and have always wanted to do one, but never have..Thanks Julie and Jill for the inspiration) but I just found out the race route and now I am pretty nervous as there is quite the hill (a total elevation gain of 55 meters or 180 feet), yikes! I have just been running on a treadmill with no incline, I hope I can survive and will have to start doing some incline this week. Wish me luck!

Is the hill at the beginning, middle or end? I think beginning is better - you still have energy.
