Today I finished my last midterm (before reading week) and handed in my last paper, so now I am officially on holiday! I do have some reading catch up to do, but I'll take advantage of car time to do that. Since Chris is also done all his exams, he eagerly grabbed the sixth Harry Potter to start reading (which he wasn't allowed to read until reading week). Tomorrow we are headed down to Cardston for Chirs' best man's wedding. Then on Tuesday we are going to Jasper for three nights and three days of skiing and snowboarding! I am so excited! Which reminds me, I really need to get my board waxed....
Happy Valentine's Day to all!

What!! I didn't know you were going to Jasper.
I'm also on "winter break"/"suicide prevention" break. (I'm not kidding about the second name. With the shortened days, and the increased hours in the school (this is a law school only break), most students, including myself, never spend anytime in natural light. Apparently, this increases levels of depression and subsequently the risk of student suicides. So far, and I pray this holds out, no one has killed themselves this year.)
Well, have fun in Jasper - know that I am jealous.
yeah, our reading week/spring break is because of suicide prevention too. i think its a good idea, and more schools should adapt it. i think pretty much all in cananda do, the states just need to jump on that. its a pretty serious issue.
You guys are pretty lucky. I don't get a spring break and I don't even get president's day off. Alicia does and I have to go into work.
I wish we had suicide prevention week
