We had a great Easter weekend. On Friday we met up with our friends at the park for a camp fire, hot dogs, and goodies. I also brought ants on a log to have something healthy. We had a fun game of touch football until we were interrupted by rain. Other than the rain, it was a beautiful day. Saturday was probably the worst day because it was the last of Lent and Biggest Loser. I honestly don't think I could have gone another week, I was dreaming about chocolate and food and was beginning to go crazy without it. I think Chris is just as glad that it is over too and I'm not so cranky. Sunday morning I had a well rounded breakfast of corn pops and peanut M&Ms. The Easter Bunny also made a stop at our place as you can see from the picture above. Chris gave a talk in Sacrament meeting which was very good. We went to the Lamont's for a delicious turkey dinner and Death by Chocolate (which I brought) for dessert. Now I have to get down to business and really study for my finals, wish me luck.

That little bunny is so cute! Did you make it?
Sounds like you guys had a fun Easter! Cute basket!!
Wow Valerie, you really do have a sweet tooth. Maybe I've been doing lent for so long that I'm just losing my desire for sugar. I did have cookies yesterday, but no chocolate.
Good luck with exams!
I made the bunny at my stamp class.
I never thought I had a strong sweet tooth, but after lent I guess I do. Plus having biggest loser made it worse because I limited myself so much on food in general, i just needed to gorge! But I will do no desserts again next year.
LOL! Yeah -- I was gorging on good food (sweet and salty) all day on Sunday. But now it's back to business of eating better, but it's not as crazy as it was during Biggest Loser. BTW, congrats on winning! You too, Chris!
