Today at school we made ice cream! And I'm talking at University school, not in my junior high school. The lab technician did some cool lab demos and explosions for us with solid CO2, alkeseltzers (spelling?) and water, and ethanol and fire. Then we made ice cream out of liquid nitrogen. We used:
2 cups milk
1 cup cream
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
All you do is mix everything together, and then add some liquid nitrogen, stir, and add more nitrogen until you get the consistency of ice cream. We had mix-ins of oreo cookies and rainbow chocolate chip cookies. We had the ice cream on a cone and it tasted great.
Science = Cool

I did this in University too - but in an English class where we had to write a project with specific directions (our recipe).
The mix-ins sound really good.
That sounds like Richard's favorite ice cream place - Sub-Zero.
That is exactly like Sub Zero, which is also my favorite. I think one day I want to own a Sub Zero. Yeah, that would be nice. Anyway, how much fun!
That is my favourite ice cream place Tom. I agree with you too Jamie, it would be cool to own one someday.
