Easter!

We had a lovely and busy Easter weekend. On Friday we had dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Lamont's where we played with the visiting Leishman's and Steve and Crystal with their new (1.5 week old) baby Clark. Saturday morning we painted eggs with our good friends the Anderson's. Their boy Ethan is a year older than Macy and he was really excited about colouring the eggs, which of course made it all the more exciting for us!

This finished product. Personally I love painting eggs. Chris and I have even painted them ourselves one year way before Macy.

Macy greeting Easter morning with her lovely morning hair! We had hard boiled eggs, toast, and orange juice for breakfast on Sunday...and of course chocolate! It was also the end of Lent for me. Yay!! Sunday we went to church in Spruce Grove for Clark's baby blessing and then headed to Steve and Crystal's acreage for a family dinner. I brought a Skor Cake for dessert which was SO divine! On Monday we went swimming with the Leishman's (no pictures this time) and then went out for Fish and Chips for dinner. We hope you all had a fun weekend with family and friends. Happy Easter!
