Road Trip!!

Macy and I were excited to go to Winnipeg, but we were especially excited for our road trip to Birmingham, Alabama, with some fun stops along the way. Our first day of travels took us to Eden Prairie to see Uncle Tom, Aunt Julie, Eden, and Alice. Unfortunately I discovered my camera battery was dead, so I don't have pictures from this day, but it is still post-worthy. We got there on Alice's first birthday and were lucky enough to celebrate with her. We had personal pizzas and this extremely delicious bread that Julie made. We saw her open some gifts, and then played outside and around their apartment. Macy loved the freedom to run (especially after a day in the van), and particularly loved the girl's room and all their toys. After dinner we all went back to the hotel for swimming. Good thing Eden was there to teach us some swimming skills where we scooped our favorite ice cream. Thanks for letting us crash your birthday party Alice!
